This band is the best thing I found on the internet in a while. Their usage of synthesizers, vocoder and funky rhytm....this is a MASTERPIECE.

Have to say, back in those days you didn't know have to know every major dance out there. You moved to rhythm and that was it, you had fun and there was no judgment. Now every song has a specific dance routine, you don't know it and people get all high and mighty.

Isn't it a revelation when that happens? Same thing's happened to me a few times over the decades - but not in the case of Midnight Star I'm happy to say. Was dancing to this and their other gems in the Sydney discos back in the 80's. Search for all their extended versions if you haven't already.
