They clearly said to just get the thing running proper before pushing it hard aka at least make sure the car that burns oil just normally driving doesnt have an oil leak. Its just gonna cause a lock up then the car really is gonna be sitting in a garage somewhere.

Loving the consistency man. Just make sure you stay safe out there man especially with the cars current condition. I understand how it is when you love to drive tho. I had strep throat and body aches all last week couldnt work and i didnt have the energy to drive. Shit sucks...but keep having fun man. Nothing but love 👍🏾

Don't feel the need to have the interior light on when doing night runs it would be much safer to have it off. I always shut off my headunit display and unplug and chargers with the blue led light because it messes up my vision.

Have you done the RX preventative measures on your vehicle? I feel like it'd be worthwhile and would last you longer. Maybe expensive, but buying a new engine is expensive too.

Yesterday i had my first almost crash experience, i wasnt racing on the streets i was just speeding chasing a friend and when im going to do the turn, the car just doesnt turn and i go to the left lane, i got it back stable but it had quite a experience, to be honest i was just dumb, doing turns at "high speed" ( its was probably 65 mph)in a stock car...at least i learn the lesson😅😅

Your next big modification should be a shorter rear gear. Take out that 4.10 and put in a 4.40 or even a 4.60 rear gear. you will DEFINITELY notice the difference in the driving dynamic of the car, and I'm pretty sure you'll love the difference. You'll feel a lot more confident in the corners than you already do.

@@patchworkkid24 Exactly, road knowledge is one of the most important things about driving fast, and it lets you find those limits without being too reckless. There's also the factor of knowing you're being recorded and so you're trying to push harder to look faster

@@kx250fforlife it actually looked like he knew the road pretty well. theres a turn he takes at 2 minutes where he cuts double yellow into a shoulder spot for a better apex and i doubt youd take that your first couple times. and he does understeer but at no point into oncoming just on his own line to the right. I dont promote crossing double yellow but if youre an experienced driver you can really tell when its safe.

Hey @Tsuchi your driving lines were a bit off today (could be cause of the cabin light) but Griffin seems to keep his lines a bit smoother ask him for what he does. Definitely don’t want to see you go over be safe 👍🏼

Yeah he kept going a bit too wide, especially on the right turns. Maybe it's the conditions (he said he doesn't drive much at night) or something else. I think most of the time he goes for the apex a bit early but always stay in lane, but today way just one of those days. Sometimes we all need a small scare to see where we can develop

@@shockker2 Yeaa, but do it on the track or a motorsport event. Then you can actually find your proper limits, and you can do it without putting other motorists at risk. He'd be very humbled if he did I reckon. Only thing he'd have to do is fix his car so it'd pass scrutineering. I get that we all like to go for a spirited drive and have a bit of fun and I'm not saying there is anything wrong with that, but if you want to actually improve and push your limits, don't do it on a public road.

@@pursuitforspeed absolutely! I'm just saying maybe being the leader during a night driving was new to him and he was stressing a bit, and this little slip hopefully showed him the boundaries. Everyone is fine, nothing bad happened but hopefully he takes something home from this tiny ALMOST accident, which is to not go too wide.
