Went to pcc college a year and didn't do well so decided to work and lean at my uncle mechanic shop. Became owner of a shop when i was 22 years old. Now i m at the age of 50 and retire in thailand. I own 6 properities in los angeles 2 condos in yangon and one in bangkok. The most import thing is try to save thr money as u can. I never go out eat never buy branded name shoe or shirts never buy new car until i paid off my first house at the age of 26.

U can't give this kind of idea when you are only been in new york for less than a year. You didn't accomplish anything in ur life yet. Not enough time to let other people know life in america will be same as you. Just by u saying after people buy a house they will have to give the rest of their life to paid off for the house. I just sponser my in laws nephew and niece to LA last teo years ago. I dod everything for them to get social to green cards and find job for them. Now they are saving money to buy a house. I told them now is not the time to buy a house. I knew they will crush in one or 2 years and then buy it. Now they are saving for the deposit for a house as they can so they don't need to pay higher mortgage. For me i need to paid 40 percent deposit cause i don't have no credit cards or good credit for the bank to approve the loan. I told my realty that i m ok even if they don't approve my load now cause i will save more for deposit so one day bank has no choice to approve the loan. After i bought it my goal is to finiish paid off the house. So by never going out eat never buy shirt more than $2 a shirt shoe more than $10 never go out for vacation. Never buy a new car and the result was in 6 years paid off the house. I need to get loan from my aunt to buy a auto mechanic shop. I paid off that loan and house in 6 years. From that on i set my mind i want to retire when i m at 50. The only way i can do that is i need cash flow when i retire at 50. So i started to buy more properties one by one and paid off one by one. That was the right decision I ever did in my life. Even my dad asked me why I kept buying more and more properties I told him if u leave money on the bank it will become paper. You are like my some of my cousins nephew cause as soon as they get their salaries they go spend them all. 2 of my cousins spend more than what they made. They didn’t know that is addiction u can’t stop spending more and more and they they need to file bankruptcy. That why I told my self and to everyone need to how to manage money. If u don’t know how even if u win lottery in united state u can go bankrupt in 2 years or less. U r young u have a lot of time to become successful business man. U need to tell ppl who want to come to united state that if they try hard to become well educated people or business man. Not tell them all that they will go into system and they all have to paid off their life to paid off the mortgage. That is not true if u know how to save money and manage and invest in right places
