hey guys! so i may or may have not used this sydney trip as an incentive to grind out some uni work via domestic isolation... i gotta do what i gotta do (even if it means finishing my assignment late at night in the hotel room) :p BUT it meant I got to enjoy going on a spontaneous road trip to sydney with my family! hope you guys can use this as motivation - to do all the hard stuff first and let yourself relax later! not much of a life update, these days are quite repetitive and mundane... can't complain tho, it's nice having a routine and being busy ^_^ I do plan to get started on some of the video requests (e.g. room tour, video editing tutes) next month so that's something you guys can anticipate (although i'm not promising anything atm, hope you can understand)! it's been a while since i've talked to you guys so i'm excited to read the comments - i'll reply soon (that, i CAN promise)!

I love seeing this type of video with geology content! As a geology student, I missed this when I was at uni. Geology is complex and it takes time, but it's so satisfying when you get the content and can apply it. Although I must say that maybe it's not the time to worry aboout "productivy". These days, I see this being so spread in a not healthy way. Sometimes, the very first thing you can do to improve your daily life is not do more more and more and try to manage many things in your routine. The best thing you can do is to rest and to enjoy the ones around you or yourself alone. I say this because after trying to chase so much for this "productivity", the things just freaks your mind out. Stay consistent and true to yourself! Don't forget to enjoy your time doing things you want, staying with people that you care and that cares about you and having hobbies! This is one of the most important things I wish I'd done while in college insted of being "more productive"!

Awww ty! love this question - so I have a pretty average metabolism sadly… BUT I train for two hours once or twice a week (taekwondo) so I get in my cardio! also I eat at home 80% of the time - mainly healthy nutritious meals!! When I do eat out, I let myself enjoy the food without thinking too much about my shape! I think it’s really about BALANCED diet! You can eat out occasionally but try to stick to healthy, filling and nutritious meals when you can 🤍
