Not that impressive, its a classic Sphinx illusion. He is standing (behind said) but has 2 mirrors in a "V" formation around the pole with a custom cut shirt to drape over the mirror top edges. End result a floating half torso, tada~

Interesting. Why doesn't the sunlight reflect off the mirrors and give the illusion away?
