Okay! It’s been a minute!
I’ve been getting asked to upload a video of the house now that it’s been fully unpacked and we have settled in. It was quite messy and still not done because I was in the middle of cleaning lol so sorry about the clutter 😅😁
As you can see it’s pretty spacious and perfect for a small family of 3-4 (:

Thank you for sharing this! We got orders and just talked with housing today, this is the neighborhood we are looking at/eligible for, makes us feel better to see a house that’s moved into and well decorated. 😊

Is this for all rank housing? We are currently living in Northern VA, but seems like we are pcsing to Norfolk. We used to live just outside of little creek base, it was discussing!!! We had back mold issues!!!!!! And stink smell!

we live at a different virginia beach community. it's not the prettiest so we are thinking about moving to a different community. So far, this one looks the best to us. Have you had any issues? are there any pros and cons you'd list?

Honestly, overall we love it here. We were in the Norfolk homes before here and this is by far much better. The area is nice, school district isn’t too bad and everything is near by. Issues we’ve had so far are minor problems and they get handled pretty fast. Anywhere you go here there will be crime and pests. But we haven’t had it that bad compared to Norfolk. As far as crime, we get a few kids checking cars at night once in a while.

Are we able to put in a request to transfer housing?

@JazmineL08 I don't know if it's changed in the past few months but when we asked housing this question, they said they are not allowing any transfers due to high waitlists for members moving into housing for their first time.
