i have the 10/22 takedown rail. Its more aesthetic than anything else, it can shift left and right. The barrel will still be straight, but the handguard itself is not stable.

will a stock 10/22 barrel and forearm match up to the MI 10/22 takedown chasis?

The PC9 Chassis is Super AWESOME I have had mine since the middle of December when it came in after ordering it on Black Friday! I choose the Folding SIg stock instead of the normal telescopic because I have the Ruger Bag and I thought I would give me more room and it does. I also added the Aimpoint/Holosun MLok mount that allows the Optic to be mounted Perpindicular to the Rail and allows the use of the PC9 Sights incase the Batteries were to die! I have a Holosun 503GU which has both the 2 MOA dot and the 65 MOA Circle and it WORKS GREAT with the Mount plus it allows me to adjust the brightness of the Optic with my support hand very nice BONUS! When I ordered my Chassis they were making a Package Deal with the handguard and Stock, Charging Handle, Plus I added the Optic mount Free Shipping and it was right around 540 for everything and it was in my home about 7 business day! Midwest is AWESOME about Very Quick Shipping for in stock Items! I just wished that they would have had the longer handguard in November that is OK and I am looking at getting a 40sw PC Carbine and I am planning to set it up in a similar manner!

It's almost March and they still have not updated their site for the 10/22 non takedown model. Maybe they are running into complications?
