Hello and welcome to my channel Midwife Moi! I’m a registered midwife who will give you lots of great tips and tricks from conceiving all the way to parenting. Hi ♥️ my husband and I have watched your brothers videos since he first started. I just found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant and I'm really struggling with nausea, it's horrendous and I can't even eat. I would love it if you had any tips on how to deal with all the first trimester symptoms ❤️🙏. Thank you xxx

Aw congratulations to you both ❤️ I’m sorry to hear you’re feeling unwell. I have a video coming out soon about nausea and vomiting in pregnancy but in the meantime it’s important you stay hydrated and you can also contact your GP who could possibly give you anti sickness tablets. I hope this helps ❤️

In my third trimester and nervous about labour. Any advice on pain relief or what to expect when arriving at the hospital? (first time parent)

Hi, congratulations on your pregnancy 💗 not long now! These are all ideas I definitely want to cover in my videos soon. In terms of pain relief I would advise you to be open to options available to you as a first time parent. Everyone is very different and copes with pain differently and the pain relief offered to you varies in strength, so do speak to your community midwife about the options available to you at the hospital you will be delivering at. A lot of women also find a tens machine helps and this is something the hospital doesn't usually provide so maybe it would be worth considering getting one of these. I hope this helps and take care 🙏
