Thank you for sharing this video. I started in 1976 fresh out of high school as a feeder & 2nd. Pressman on a Russian 5 color 40" offset press called Nibeeola. In Los Angeles, Ca. I worked on a Miehle two color 38" then they were grey. I ended my career in 1989 on a Miehle/Rolland 28" blue just like yours. I used to get handed 4 color jobs at times. Almost impossible to do. I had to leave because the solvents were affecting my skin and breathing when cleaning the rollers and blanket. I got into another line of work in 1989 and happily retired this year at 65 years. Your video brought back so many great memories with that Miehle/Rolland. I feel like grabbing my old pin wrench out of my tool box and joining you. Thanks for the memories.

Are used to work for manRoland back in 1982 then I worked for Kamari for a year, and I worked for KBA for another six years

I worked for all three companies about five years apiece my father worked for my father, retired after 25 years working for my ManRoland

Rollers are not set,heavy build up on the front edge of the plate and build up on the blanket,also seems to be problem with the front oscillator,contaminated low spot

@@GráficaLetras sorry didn't know. I started in printing in 1967 as a helper on a Miller TP 38 and in the shop was a 25" Miehle single color. I retired from the business after a 45 year career. My last 20 years was a plant manager in a large 4/c shop. It's a great trade!

@ccornett6664 That’s what I thought. I retired two years ago from a 6c 40” Mitsubishi. If my feeder didn’t show up I got someone with virtually no experience and you made it work. I started on miehle 60s back in 1978. These were American miehles. Running a 4 or 6 color miehle today with the carrier bars, good luck with register.

En el año 2000 trabaje en una máquina así tienen muy buen registro ganamos un premio x una etiqueta que hicimos en una máquina como esa

Algien me podria orientar se atoro una placa se saco y ya no arranca el motor principal se checo el micro que hace parar la maquina y esta bien y no cuento con diagramas electricos

En la cartulina había un residuo pegado y me marco un poco el caucho entonces le puse una pasta para levantar un poco el mismo y seguir con el trabajo .👍

Hola hermano muy buen video una pregunta cuanto por ciento de tinta le das para ese trabajo tengo una maquina similar Ronald práctica de un color No la manejo todavía al 100% me gustaría que me respondas

Hola , no se a que te referís con cuanto por ciento . Nosotros por lo general usamos unos 100 pliegos de demasía para regular la tinta ya que la maquina es algo antigua y el tintero lo tenes que regular a mano . En cuanto a la cantidad de tinta que consume un trabajo con pleno como el del video yo le calculo aproximadamente 0,8 kilos de tinta por cada 1000 pliegos de 70 x 50 cms. Y el tono y cantidad de tinta por pliego depende mucho del ojo del maquinista. Saludos 😉👍

Nunca me gustó imprimir fondos, y eso que usaba el sistema de mojado Kompac.

Hola, a mi también se me complicaba la impresión de fondos en otra maquina pero la verdad esta maquina es muy buena y no me da problemas . Saludos. 👍😉

A mí tampoco me gustaba imprimir fondos en papel cuché por la cuestión del repintado, hasta que empecé a usar la tinta Sakata y con el Kompac muchísimo mejor.

Si es verdad es complicado al principio pero con practica se va aprendiendo y es fundamental el equipo de pulverizado. Saludos. 😉👍
