Hi Scott, I have a leak from the weep hole of my G1230SC. I removed the circulation pump, checked the sealing ring, it seems to be perfect, but of course I will replace it anyway. The leak is only when the dishwasher starts to wash, it is a constant flow of water, meaning no drops, but there is no leak during any other phase of the washing cycle. Is the seal the only reason why the water leaks from the weep hole of the pump, or should I check anything else between the motor and the circulation pump? The circulation pump sealing ring I refer to is the P/N 6090860. All the rest is perfectly dry, no leaks from tube, clamps, etc. Thank you!

Thanks Scott. These are really informative videos. I have used to troubleshoot my leak issue on my G641+ (UK) - I have removed the side panel. My leak is occurring from the right-side on a solenoid valve on a upright shallow tank - I am not sure what these parts are called- can you advise me?

That’s called the water control valve. Can you call Miele USA and have them send you one?

@@maximeperrillat6115 I did and Its been perfectly since dec- I just needed to replace the o-ring on the solenoid. I purchased the Miele part for £6! On ebay. Hope that helps.

You say that with a new rubber part it won't leak anymore. Can you point me towards the part in question? Any video where you open that pump? I've bneen trying to fiond one without success. Thanks!

Thanks again buddy. I replaced the partition kit and it did the trick. Turns out my pump is round and installing is a little bit different, but I managed. I owe you a beer!

Hi, my dishwasher overfill and start to drop water under the door. Do you know if there is any high water switch that can be corrected or tuned?

The fill valve is defective and not closing all the way. Time for a new fill valve

is that valve in the faucet? If so, I tested with plumb removed to see if it leaks when the command to close and open when it should be open(when it starts to fill in the beginning). Could it be the water-meter on the rh side?

Hi, my Miele vent is leaking and lets out water after every cycle when we open the door. In the past Ive just opened it up and cleaned out the pipe that goes from the vent to the inner chamber. But that doesn't work any more....do i need to replace the fan? the dishwasher itself works fine.
