The worst thing Miele ever came up with. Very strong smell that is almost impossible to get rid of. We used TwinDos once a month ago and swear it every single day. We literally had to throw away some of our little daughter's clothes due to the strong chemical smell that just wouldn't go away. If anyone from Miele bothers to read this: Get rid of this stupid idea of making money on a toner cartridge-like system. It doesn't add quality - it drives customers away. For example, I seriously doubt that we'll ever buy Miele again if your judgment is so much influenced by money and not by common sense.

Extremely toxic and allergenic!! You will not be able to remove this stink from your clothes and machines!

You always have the option to use your own detergent with the Empty Miele twindos bottles that you can buy and fill, so what’s the problem??🤷🏻‍♂️ don’t think in problems, think in solutions instead.
