I'll be honest. I think he benefits off of Saint being injured. It feels when he's on the pitch, Newcastle try to play through the left side a bit too much. When he's gone, they spread the ball more evenly and he really seems to enjoy having the ball more.

Cannot state how much the commentators reaction adds to the goals! That first volley against Fulham will take some beating for GOTS for me. The technique to do that man. Can't think of a player in the league who deserves this turnaround of fortune more than the hard working Almiron.

People talking about how poor his stats were in the media before this season forget (or didn’t care about Newcastle before the takeover) he was bought in as an attacking player under Rafa, then the guy got Bruced and played as pretty much a wingback/defensive mid for 2 and a half seasons. So happy miggy is finally producing when played in his proper position. The link up with Trippier has done wonders for Miggy too, best right hand side in the league.
