Might & Magic Heroes Online. It's not a playable faction, but it's a faction alright. Too bad you can't play the game anymore.

(didn't notice your respond, ow) I would actually play HoMM6 due of its hero build and graphic improvements against HoMM5.. if there weren't so many things that they changed... I mean... awful lich style.. I miss old units such as death knights or bone/shadow/ghost dragons (seriously the Lamasu isn't really cool creature, but the Fate spinners are ok) and sylvan faction is gone. I do however like the Sanctuary faction, town converting, tear-blood system They mostly screwed up creatures and used DM OST, they could've kept old ones or at least made similiar creatures.. (including H7 too), and not even gonna start with their launcher although you buy the game on steam... H3 and H5 will stay in my heart as the best HoMM games..

I think you would love HOMM 5.5 mod that adds some cool mechanics from HOMM3 and other quality of life improvements to HOMM5, including Sandro as a playable character

​@@vessie1773 What if we look for the devs and try talking to them? H3 and H6 (maybe even H5). We could arrange the best points of every game and reunite it. . Spells: definitely should be the H3 with some SMALL tweaks and additions to it (burning determination (H6); regeneration (H6); vampirism (H5); storm arrows (H6), in example) . Using spells shouldn't feel wrong and punishing (like H5 animated dead/resssurection penalty, kills some enjoyment PvE and PvP shouldn't be a problem at all, its all about tactics and strategy anyway) . Might affinity: Reinforcement feels a lot rewarding PvE and interesting and they managed to invent something brand new for the game that wasn't bad. Academy and Sylvan should have been in H6, so sad they had concept art and stuff and decided to throw it on H7 (a worse copy of H7)

@@elfpiesomeanotherword there is probably a way to import custom 3d models, once that is done tweaking numbers and adding mechanics should be possible. I'm not sure exactly how it works since I've never modded HOMM myself, but chances are there are modders that can make it possible

0:10 - First que of "Fable" with horns 0:33 - Second que of "Fable" with higher toned horns or maybe bassoon? 0:49 - "Dracula: The Beginning" Build Up 1:12 - Third que of "Fable" on Violin that seems to be set up (at least reminds me of) as "Dracula: Love Remembered" with a touch of plucky Waltz to it 2:08 - Final minute of "Aliens: Futile Escape" on quite a bit slower tempo 2:19 - Mix up and slip into a full blown...Danse Macabre Waltz...With que of "Fable" of course. :D

+Gijs Van Lanen he dies before the event of Heroes V. The whole undead story in heroes V is Markal ( Sandro's apprentice ) wanting revenge on the Griffin dynasty for killing his mentor. You also have Lucretia in Heroes V, you can actually see how he made her apprentice in Danse Macabre.

Sandro's spirit still exists in lorekeep + at an interview someone said he might return... i really hope he will i loved sandro.. more then markal xD

Gijs Van Lanen i also like Sandro more. But yes his spirit still lingers somewhere. He's a tough motherfucker, he doesn't die so easy. I hope he returns in a homm7 expansion, we'll see.

Sunamar Abyssal homm3 is a different universe tho. Homm 1-4 are in the same universe. Homm 5-7 are in a different universe and the world is called Ashan. The characters from the current homm games have nothing to do with the old characters

Az Nereth он мог бы открыть проход в иные миры и напридумывали можно было много всего. Но как всегда проще обозвать его сумашедшим дабы потом уничтожить и оставить все как есть. Сандро нестандартен, он мыслит не так как остальные. Хотя конечно он хотел уничтожить асхан... его необходимо было остановить. И тем не менее можно было бы круто накрутить сюжет, рассказать о его путешествиях по разным мирам и тп. Жаль но все это лишь мечты как и надежда на воскрешение серии Homm.

Другим мирам?.. ПО ЭНРОТУ?!! (Шутка)

Yeah, mostly because he was a kind of "big daddy" in the Shadow of Death and Complete version of Heroes 3 which is the pinacle of the series. Neither too old graphics nor too much focus on graphics that would make the battles last a lot because of the animations.
