Been Chelsea since 98. I'm from the states. Ive been apathetic about the ownerships decisions so far because I root for Chelsea and I never imagined the size of investment the ownership has made on players. But if they were to sack Poch, I'm out with them. They systematically broke down the club by design to start this plan. This guy has taken these rubble of expensive small rocks and began to build a foundation. Admist an injury crisis no team has EVER faced. If anything he deserves a 1-2 year extention. Up the Chels.

I was anti-poch especially in the middle of the season but have to say, I see where he is trying to go now. He does deserve at least a one year extension now that he seems to know his players well. His team selection at the beginning was wack.

Poch is the man to take us forward. Look at what he has had to deal with this season. Imagine when we have a fully fit squad the sky is the limit.

Poch is subtly telling us over and over that there is something going on behind the scenes that he is not pleased about. There is no way that the players are not aware of exactly what it is, and from what they are saying and how they are preforming, they obviously have his back on whatever it is

i think he’s bitter about what Todd said about “2.5 games”.. I’d be too.. he’s worked rlly hard for the team all season with all the negative circumstances, but was only seen to be performing well as the manager from the past 2.5 (or now) 4.5 games..

back the manager. We’ve been begging the Chelsea board to give a manager time for years and years. The players have faith in him, and he has us playing some good football.

His words, 'it's not my squad," will get twisted, but he's pleading for time. I think he deserves it.

Pochettino has come good. We have "blasted" him when he is not doing the obvious. He has learnt on the job by adding what is missing. He now feels Chelsea by kissing the badge. He now reacts on the touch line. He now does quicker substitution when necessary. You don't get paid £10 million annually and produce that abysmal performance as we saw in the first half of the season. We're Chelsea. We hated his sarcasm but now we accept it because he is winning. We hate losing in bad manner and will always moan and moan, insult you and the players who are underperforming. All big teams supporters do that. It's is in the DNA of supporters. We've seen the massive improvement of the kids. There is more room for improvement, no doubt.

Learnt? Or was he planning and preparing the tactics, style, and formation. He is professional, and from time to time again, he is saying that coaching staff has 15 years of experience. Which means they are all prepared, and funally, the team is learning and adapting, not Poch.

@@thegreatgatsbygatsby474 I did not say he is not a good coach. I said he has now seen the missing ingredient and has adapted. In the same way, the players have adapted and are confident. At first, he was not making the right substitutions and also delay in his substitutions.

@Kwamekyi That is your take and other gurus. It is difficult to implement philosophy and style to the team.
