I had a red L500 cuore that you guys inspired me to do some DIY stuff on. With the help of some mates I managed to respray it, wire up a full stereo, redo the door panels with new wood (in RSA we call it hardboard) build a parcel tray and also fit central locking. Even managed to fix the distributor cap because finding parts was really difficult. Sold it in 2015 and the guy I sold it to still drives it everyday. Cheers boys thanks for inspiring a generation to pick up some tools and spend some time in the garage

The tri-spokes are a definite yes, they look great on there. Honestly if I could find them, (and afford them), I'd probably try to find some hi gloss bright yellow (or black or a combination) 18" tri-spoke wheels for my black 2011 Ford Transit Connect (lovingly named "Bumbles") to give it a bit of an appearance upgrade.

There is no way it was worth 3 grand. I sold my Cuore 5 years ago for $1500, completely stock aside from head unit and speakers, running, driving and with rego. Only defect was clear starting to lift on the same green paint that one originally had, otherwise completely clean. Looking forward to the Gemini videos Boys!
