I think atl has the best flow only because it's the only place where they have music every side fucks with, like ain't nobody from Chicago gon fuck wit any west coast rappers like that, and nobody from Texas gon listen to a lot of new York rappers, but you can find a good amount of people from all those places who have at 4+ atl rappers in their music playlist, I think that's because all style is watered down but places like Detroit, Oakland, and new York have very distinctive sounds
