I have the same problem whatever you told in this video.. exactly the same.. I start before Three days of my period.. but is it ok to take these like of medicine even with doctor prescribtion? there is no side effects?

There are side effects. Every medicines has side effects. You have to balance between the benefit you get fromm medicines and its side effects. If benefit is more you take it. The food we eat is more inorganic than medicine
