Good fight wasn’t it, Floyd himself showed Cotto a lot of respect in the pre fight and post fight thought Cotto gave a great example of himself especially with it being towards the end of his career.

I have high respect for Cotto. He is the definition of a boxing fighter. Boxing fans pay to see Cotto fight cause they know he will never give up & will give his fans what they pay for. Miguel is both a warrior & gladiator. "NO SURRENDER" is Cotto's mentality as a great boxer. Cotto is tough, but he has always conducted himself as a class act & a gentleman.

Pretty much anyone who lost to Manny has said the same thing, that he was too damn fast. Not only that, but hit hard and in weird angles so you never saw the punch come in. Floyd’s first fight against Jose Luis Castillo was a controversial decision…. Perhaps Floyd’s only clear defeat.

@@davidtrejo8342 i've seen similar angle and move from pacquiao in previous fights with marquez. marquez just couldn't do it. then came the time when he perfected landed it. and that was it, nothing more nothing less. but wasn't enough to stop and bring him to retirement. Pac was already legend before they even fought, legend during their fights, became even more legend after he got knocked out. i say he's one of the greats if not the greatest.

Pacman may not be one or two steps in front of you in a fight however his quickness kind of off sets that a little and makes him very very dangerous. Floyd however out-thinks you in the ring so the key point here is to force him to fight not to think, so you need to stay on him for as long as you can. In this way you can beat him.

Miguel Cotto a great champ always respect this fighter his one of a kind I had disagreed with the judges decision On the mayweather fight I know 3-4 rounds I think he lost at first he was studying mayweather that whole time lol Then he came really aggressive and landed lots of shots after those rounds Even made Floyd bleed from his nose which I rarely see.def very tough opponent no doubt. Defense and Technical efficiency wins boxing matches… period!!! Hit and not be hit. That’s why TBE is TBE! Cotto is one of my favorite fighters but where is that uppercut that had him nearly out and those 3 punch combos on this video slide that Floyd gave to him throughout the fight. Gonna show it show it all. Cotto and PAC alltime greats… TBE beat both easy. End of story.

Manny didn't use steroid, The evidence about that issue is Thurman and Robert Garcia, also Chris Algeri, Manny Pacquiao drug testing not once but 3x when he accept the fight he is already a drug test, before the fight he already a drug test and also after the fight he already a drug test. The only refused by Manny Pacquiao is a drug testing at the day of fight. And then the media is start misleading, specially when he fight Floyd Mayweather Jr, Floyd forcing to drug test Manny Pacquiao the day of their fight in only a hour ago. But the result is negative.

It's the fact that Manny was having easier time in higher weight divisions than when he started. His first title belt he got koed twice In That division and then all of a sudden he is having more power? Not to mention his weight gain from a malnourished kid at 106 to pro was steady and only went up 15 pounds from 1998-2008 maxing at 130 pounds and then all of a sudden gains 16 pounds or three divisions in 6 months from 2008-2009 going to 147 aka his prime? And then denying blood tests two weeks from a fight?. And then when blood tests did happen to previous fights his power all of a sudden goes?

It was a close fight until the end. The thing is that the rounds that Floyd won were obvious were Cotto had like 3 rounds like that. The other rounds were very closed and judges are different some give more points in hit accumulation were others give more value to hit power punches. For example Trinidad vs DeLa Hoya.

@@thepanther543 most of the people will want to watch a fight rather than a marathon with hugging competition. Mayweather is a great no doubt about it he is a tactician. He is like Muhammad Ali Prime but lower punching combination more on circling around the ring using footwork, tap jabs and pull counters. He's great not the type of guy I want to watch because of his style. Though he is a good guy to watch in his "pretty boy era".
