Ingredients:
1. Besan(gram flour) : 150 gm
2. Food colour : Little bit
Make a medium thickness batter and keep aside for 30 minutes.
3. Sugar : 1 and 1/2 cup
4. Water : 1 cup
With high flame, boil it, add one thin slice of lemon to prevent from solidification of the syrup, add 4 crushed cardamom, make a sticky syrup. Now let it cool.
Add refined oil in karai, heat it with high flame, now using the strainer, fry the small balls.Fry them for 1 minute. Keep them in a separate bowl. Now add the small balls in the syrup, boil them with low flame about 15 minutes. Off the flame and keep them for 1 and 1/2 hour. Mihidana is ready.
