Glad you enjoyed the video, I would assume that even washes will hold up pretty well, often I put a UV protective fixative (krylon UV resistant spray) on my watercolor pieces for extra peace of mind!!

@@hiddenseashellsstudio7552 oh boy let’s see….my favorite videos are paint along or tutorials, especially when line art is provided for us to follow along at home and learn from you while painting with you. It is just a really enjoyable experience and I personally learn so much from those kinds of videos. I would LOVE to see your take on them. You had me laughing a few times even in this video. I also enjoy brand comparison videos that include side by side painting comparisons to really show the differences painted out, swatches are good too but a painting really demonstrates their qualities compared to each other as I would want to see before buying them myself. And to be honest I have a soft spot for those novelty watercolor palettes that actually have decent good paint in them that are fun and really travel friendly. Oh! Plein Air and on location paintings out in nature are also a recent favorite of mine and really inspire me. I hope this helps ! I appreciate you asking what I would be interested in seeing! @@hiddenseashellsstudio7552 interesting! What’d you think of the drying time for them? Or the mixing areas? I just ordered a set myself but its not coming for another week and i’m dying to know.

The drying time felt consistent across colors (although my dogs are generally browns and yellows). Also I use a pretty diluted wash before adding layers and I felt like the dry time compares with my others (Daniel Smilth and Winsor and Newton cotman). The key for this brand is that the colors are SO vibrant and obviously light fast! Very realistic paintings are the result of such vibrancy! I can’t wait to hear what you think of them :)
