Mika looks like a bad boy. But when he sings, he sounds so sweet and genuine. The others handled the song well but I feel like their voices were generally flatter and a bit too crafted. Mika's voice has a lot of depth and it was emotional. So his version really stood out.

Yea but I kinda like that he rejected it the first time. Just cuz it's such a cut throat competition and most people would go above and beyond to showcase their abilities (nothing wrong with that). So having someone rejecting an opportunity in this context was like a fresh breeze of air.

I just started my mandarin class and need to pick a song to learn and want to do this one but i’m STRUGGLING to tell the difference between songs in cantonese vs mandarin!!! I love his version the most - it is so delicate and emotional, despite him not being fluent in Chinese at all (putting emotions into a language you don't speak with is extremely admirable) . Pity that he didn't get picked for the A class because he definitely deserves to be there with this voice. Hopefully he will be given more chances to show off and change the mentors' mind in the following episodes. And I absolutely love the Intersection's supportive reaction!

When Mika performed it reminds of the 1st performance of now member of BonBon Girls 303 Curley Gao( a senior of chuang 2021 trainees) cuz when Curley sings also is just like the way Mika sings though they didn't have the same vocal but the way they express the emotion of each and every song they sang is the same

according to intersection's team on weibo, on his quarantine days (he fly from japan to china) he spent his days by practicing like a lot (even though before he fly to china for chuang, he already take some lesson so at least he understand simple chinese). he also took 5 final test for his college during the quarantine. same goes for caelan. he also recorded at least 60 cover song to kill the boredom away while he quarantines. this guy's love towrds music is unbelieveable, please support him and send tons of lucks and love for him.

He look like a cold ass boy gave you a feeling of senpai at highschool who play kick boxing, but his voice is soft and smooth but also raw emotion like he has many things to say but can't. Soft boy Mika In the half later of the song he sounds so unconfident maybe because he is not influent in chinese and doesnt remember the lyrics, but i believe he will improve so fast in the show. Everytime Mika sings you can really feel the true meaning of the song he's singing; like you can feel the emotion in it. I don't know but i just noticed that the way Mika relays the emotion of the song is just like Bonbon Girl's Curley Gao. You see when she performed Someone You Loved by Lewis Capaldi she really release or deliver the true emotion of the song same as Mika when he sang the song unbreakable love even though i cannot understand chinese i can feel the meaning of the song. It's like my mind is not the one who's translating the lyrics of the song it us the heart so when Caelan cried i really understand why.

His vocal is so smoking hot! The reason why people all acted so surprised when he sang was because one of the mentors wanted him to have a battle with the singer on the stage. He kindly rejected that offer said he respect the singer's performance. But later on he was invited again then he started singing and it was way better than the first singer!

Mika is the one that stood out the most for me. The reason is because his voice is not as strong/fluent in Mandarin. So when he sings, the words slide much more smoothly, making any songs he sings very calm and melts your heart. (hope I'm making sense). Now I'm ready for the full version.

It’s not a battle :) Mika said how he didn’t want to perform this song. He didn’t see the point of a ‘battle’ because he enjoyed the first trainee’s performance of this song and respected it. However, Nene (young female judge) said how she wanted to hear him sing it, so he went and performed this in answer to her request.

I like how his voice is so delicate and pure, not too much skills or technique, just genuine emotions. One thing I noticed about him is that he will always close his eyes when he sings, I think that's a way he feels the song and it makes me like him even more.

I really like his version, because he sing with passion and emotional. Other people sing very beautiful, however they show more skill instead of emotional. That how I feel when they sing.!!!

Yu genying version was so soothing, xing te version was like butter on the hot pan, his falsetto is beautiful, but dunno why mika version was the one that i like. It was like a dart straight to heart. The three of them nailed this song with their own way of interpretation.
