Love F1 cards; been collecting them for years👍🏻 Hope people can see beyond the 2020 Topps sets. It's similar to what happened to the 2014 Panini World Cup set in soccer; eventually, people go to the first releases. The rookie cards from Lewis Hamilton are from the mid-2000s, and Max Verstappen have cards from 2015 and 2016. Looking forward to the F1 season and new F1 releases🏎️

Somewhat agree and I think all cards will be relevant in the long run with F1, so little was made for such a popular sport. That being said, Messi had 2006 & 2010 Panini World Cup Trading cards (not just stickers) and a LOT more previous cards/stickers. The 2020 Cards are (at the very least) the 1st Topps Hamilton & Verstappen cards, this should be much more significant than Messi’s 3rd World Cup card from the same manufacturer.

Agree for the most part, it is an almost an unprecedented buying opportunity at present. I do disagree with his take on base cards though - the pop on base refractors and sapphire is so low that most of them virtually are like numbered parallels. Leclercs SP variation in a 10 has a pop of 58 for example. Hamiltons has 30. Landos has 46. Even the Sapphires have less than 700 in a 10 for every top driver. The longer those cards stay in boxes, the less chance you have of a 10. Those pops will probably never move up that much from where they are now. To his point, imagine what a jordan flagship rookie with a pop of 30-50 in a PSA 10 would be worth?!

"A card out of a pack should not be a gem condition card"....so how do you get a 10?! That literally doesn't make any sense.
