Lincoln:
Built from the ground up, Lincoln opened its doors in Autumn 2010 in the shadows of Lincoln Center. The opening team included Chef Jonathan Benno, who had spent nearly a decade with Thomas Keller, first as Sous Chef at The French Laundry and then as the CDC (Chef de Cuisine) at Per Se, just a few blocks to the South.
Here the focus is on modern Italian, and the food, wine and beverage service, FOH, baking and pastry under the supervision of the talented Richard Capizzi, were, and still are, outstanding.
