2:37 - 3:08 His phrasing, and his sense of Rhythm and Time-is _absolutely _*_perfect._* The clap at the end of the bar-tells you all you need to know… Even after weaving in and out of the melody-his timing is sooo spot on-that he knows exactly where the beat is, and exactly how to phrase it-so that he’s just slightly behind the beat.

Sam Cooke-pure soul, charisma & class. A talent & voice like no other. There is not a lot of video of him, but to find one from the year he died and see how much life was in him is utterly heart wrenching. But I am grateful for it nonetheless. Thanks for sharing. .

@@lyndamartinez2257 sam was humble and a great guy I became good friends with his nephew Eugene Jamison before genes passing a couple years ago and gene was 14 when sam died and he told me that his uncle sam never changed despite becoming a superstar in the music business. Sam always stayed down to earth and was very giving and helpful to many people

I may be out of place to say, but Barbara didn't deserve Sam's love. Did she not know that she married a man that most women dreamed of marrying? Man! I only wished he was my husband and my lover. My devoted and 24/7 love would have kept Sam in check.

My! Sam was just too fine! I wish I could get in that screen and grab him off that stool and kiss him for all eternity! I loved that Sam and I miss him (although I was born 1 month and 7 days after his death). Rest in Peach Sam......You are loved!
