Love the podcast! Just got my AFOQT scores back and I got a 99 pilot score! Taking my TBAS in a couple weeks. Your podcast has been a great source of information plus it’s awesome to just listen to guys who have lived my dream talk about what it was like! another great podcast...As an American, who lived through the Cold War, Viet Nam, and the rest...listening to you guys has made me feel a lot, I mean A LOT better knowing there are guys like you, out there protecting and defending...My biggest take from all of the pod casts that I listen too, is I have never really knew all of the stuff you guys had to do to get here... My other big take is...your honesty, and clarity of purpose...On this Memorial Day, I want to shake your hand, pat ya on the shoulder, and say "good job"... I am still catching up on your past pod casts...but thanks for doing these interviews...and yes..thank you for flying those jets...my one and only bucket list that I know will never happen...I want to experience Mach 2...

A great story. I'm not a fighter pilot, but a weekend Cessna and Piper warrior haha. I'm glad to hear that there are some experienced guys to guide young men through their careers.

Awesome interview. I served for almost 30 years between big brother AF and in the ANG working the Viper and A-10. In the guard, we had a pretty tight relationship with our pilots, even more so working ASA Alert. It's great to hear first hand accounts of the career development of dudes and the struggles that they have encountered and overcome to get to where they are. Great interview!
