Which cataclysmic scenario would you say is worse: the real life scenario with the interception OR running it on second, calling timeout, then running it on third and letting time expire in the game without using all four downs. A low throw properly placed (closer to the WR) would either have won the game or been incomplete. Of course, Pats fans are thrilled that Wilson didn't notice a wide-open Lynch on his left. And yes, Butler should not have had a chance to make that play because Kearse never should have made his on Butler. Karma is such a beeeeaaaaatch.

realize that Lynch had the worst numbers on fourth 'n one of all top-rated running backs. In fact, during the season, on five attempts from the one, he succeeded only once; that's just 20%.
