If I never played or watched a single game of football and there was a guy named Beastmode , I’m giving him the damn ball hands down , done deal , nuff said .....In SB III , Broadway Joe Willie Namath , HOF , who guaranteed a win pregame , told HC Weeb Ubank in the 4th quarter , we need to run the ball and didn’t throw a single pass . Matt Snell , who’s he you ask ? Rb for the Jets ran against one of the best Ds in NFL history .

Belichick disrupted the Seattle offense by not calling the time out. He said in an interview later that he did it deliberately because he noticed that the Seahawks looked confused and disoriented. Not stopping the clock kept the pressure on Seattle's offensive coordinator who subsequently made the wrong play call.

The Pats were playing GOAL LINE, that mean anything to this dude? Nevermind. The only thing worse than a "day after" quarterback is a "two years after" quarterback. Hey that's meeeeeeee!

+T Wilson are you seriously that jaded? that was easily the worst play call of all time, hats off to bulter for making a great play, but the point he is trying to make and his point is right btw, is that you dont throw the ball in that sitution when you have the best short yardage running back in the game, there a yard and half from the end zone, why risk throwing the ball none the less throwing a ball over the middle... the seahawks gave away the game, even brady and pats fans that arent naive and defensive understand they caught a break
@akrivosdiavolos738 жыл бұрын
Again if it weren't for Bradys TD throws late in the game..to Gronk, Edelman, the game would be over, secondly their is always a "change of fate," or "break" in Many superbowls esp the last 2 Giant wins, Tyree and Manningham catches late in the game..to set up scoring drives..screw that hater Mike Francesca...who cares if you have best RB in the game..decisions change the fate of games...Congrats to the PATS...they deserved it esp after being down by 14 to Ravens and being down 10 to Seattle ...

Which cataclysmic scenario would you say is worse: the real life scenario with the interception OR running it on second, calling timeout, then running it on third and letting time expire in the game without using all four downs. Some people would take the latter because at least you put the game on Lynch. I think the problem the Seahawks had is that it was too obvious to the Pats that they were going to throw.

UGGH. IT WAS A BAD PASS, NOT A BAD CALL. AGAIN ..IT WAS A SHITTY PASS, A BAD DECISION , A SHITTY PASS, A TERRIBLE READ BY THE QB TO SEE THAT THE RUB WASNT MADE AND TO THROW IT AWAY, A BAD FRIGN PASS. ITS ALL ON WILSON.
@003geclipse9 жыл бұрын
totally agree, if he makes the catch all these out of shape radio fool would be saying what a great call. I say that because they would be like " what a call, the defense was expecting a run and they fooled them with a pass".
@bmiller49309 жыл бұрын
Ren Bianco Butler had a "vision" that Wilson would throw the ball. Butler followed his "vision" and victory followed.
@carsonpalmer88308 жыл бұрын
+003geclipse nah honestly if he makes the catch i wouldnt forgetten about it by now not gonna lie but the day after i would be like wow that was a unneccassary risk they took. who throws the ball over the middle there?! u have lynch a yard and half from the goalline and downs in your pocket in case of a unlikely stuff... people with decent football iqs understand you dont throw there, let along to the middle of the field, worst play call IVE ever seen that i can think of
@jaxxboss18 жыл бұрын
+Carson Palmer Unlikely stuff? Did you pay attention to the game at all? Go back and look how many times Seattle had a 3rd and 1 or a 3rd and short and see what happened when Lynch got the ball.

I love Russel Wilson. I wouldn't trade him for anybody in the league at that position for any amount of money. But sorry Russel, on that play, we needed a Manning. I say that because I can't believe in a million years that Manning would have allowed that play to be run. He'd have said no way, it's a stupid play, we go with Marshawn. That's what a veteran does. All your positive post game, it's my fault, but hey we played our hearts out crap is just that. You needed to step up and stand up to the worst play call ever, and refuse it. What are they gonna do traid you? I doubt it. I think in the end, Wilson is possibly the most to blame because he threw the pick, but because he threw a pass in the first place.
@paulft2729 жыл бұрын
Mark Grassi maybe its because he's still a relatively young QB. A veteran would have more confidence, to go against his coaches. .Russel played great in that game, and its a shame it ended that way.

@rmccn47369 жыл бұрын
not the worst play call of all time. stupidest thing ive ever heard. Brady raped that defense all night other than the two int's (which only prevented a blowout) and just finished a perfect 8-8 go ahead drive so yeah, run the clock down. The odds of an INT on that play were very slim. Was just meant to be. Slander brady, eat #4 and save room for #5 because the greatest qb ever to walk the planet is pissed. And how fitting that revis's replacement makes the game winning play while revis goes to new jersey to retire. .

Wilson makes a good freaking pass and doesn't throw the ball behind the receiver from 15 feet then everyone would be talking about how great a play call it was because no one was expecting it. It was the execution not the play call.

True but that happens in football. Crazy plays happen (i,e, the Tyree helmet catch or the Immaculate Reception) and go down in sports history as legendary moments. This was just a complete mental lapse.. if we saw that in a little league game we'd be upset.. It makes almost no sense to do what they did. I'm just happy they won the year before or they'd really be a laughing stock of the league.

Mike MMQB Francesca is such a Patriot hater. He is definitely not an X's and O's guy because he doesn't understand that this was the perfect call against the three-corner defense but the execution sucked. A low throw properly placed (closer to the WR) would either have won the game or been incomplete. Of course, Pats fans are thrilled that Wilson didn't notice a wide-open Lynch on his left. And yes, Butler should not have had a chance to make that play because Kearse never should have made his on Butler. Karma is such a beeeeaaaaatch.
@bob-qz9ey8 жыл бұрын
realize that Lynch had the worst numbers on fourth 'n one of all top-rated running backs. In fact, during the season, on five attempts from the one, he succeeded only once; that's just 20%. Regardless, that absurd ' hail mary' catch that setup the final play should never have happened, no matter the receiver. Besides, the so-called 'legion of boom' allowed Brady to break 4th-Q scoring records, including biggest late comeback ever!
@billdocos33027 жыл бұрын
He almost scored but he was stopped by Hightower once by the Patriots. In fact, all season Lynch only made that run once. This guy is butthurt, this guy right here is how the Patriots get accused of everything under the sun and how the fire gets fed year after year. Completely biased and totally consumed with hatred for Tom Brady.
