Very accurate statement. He was high on this show probably 80% of the time. A few shows he was caught nodding out so hard.

@@Yinzzy656 there is one episode where they have to go to break because he goes out completely. there is another clip with brian jones, where he looks directly at the camera as artie mumbles about something, i am trying to find it again, i remember it looked like the clip was recorded with a phone

rewatching this, each time, some of arties questions are rather cringey. he seems to get into it later on, but it is like he is out of it too much as a host, whether it is being high or not preparing or remembering the story, this one does not flow perfectly, i mean, but i still come back to it, i dont know

My buddy's daughter has a boyfriend who we tease from time to time. The other night he was playing guitar and singing. He said "I want to play but I just dont want you to make fun of me." If Mike could've ever learned to take a joke he would be a multi-millionaire. A comic that can't take a joke, that doesn't work. Artie brought out so much entertainment from Mike, showcased his lovable unique qualities, busted his balls, but he didn't seem to understand that it's no different than pro wrestling. It's not real. It's all for the show.
