"I've been around, the world on congressional trips and talk to ambassadors and foreign ministers in many countries around the world. And we know right now war is on the minds of many around the globe. And some of the threats are eerily reminiscent of the past. We hear chants of elimination of the Jewish people. We hear calls for territorial expansion and ethno-driven justifications for invasion. And we hear speeches about the annexation of Pacific islands. And all of these are echoes of some of the same things we heard 80 years ago."
