Local Yonkers guy here, played this back as a HS kid (but mostly nearby Sprain Lake). Only get to play once or twice a year now; I parred the first four holes on a round with my lovely wife 5 or 6 years ago, not typical for me! And have played with my teenage son here the last few years. Great memories. Thanks for the visit, the video, the discussion and now you've got a fan!

I love this series through the Westchester courses I grew up on! Dunwoodie, not the best lol. I maintain that Mohansic, aka the Mighty Mo, is the best layout, can’t wait to see it!

This is basically my home course. You can score well but you have to be accurate. Gotta say it's weird for me seeing Dunwoodie in a KZfaq video haha

RIGHT?! This is so awesome, I love seeing these courses again after having moved from about 15 mins from The ‘Wood. I’d consider this my home course, too.

Jeff, the pro, is the man at dunwoodie. I'm a caddy at a country club in Westchester but sprain and dunwoodie are my home courses. If yall ever want to come back and score, let me know. 😎 I bet we can get 75s ish for you both

Me and the boys play all year as long as we can. We haven’t missed a weekend yet. Winter golf really tests you.

Our local municipal course is open all year round as long as the temps are above 32, so "winter" golf becomes a reality some days more than others!

Par from the car baby. Box checked. Solid bird on #2. Top shelf Flopperdoppalus out of Frank on #3. Grove Tee on #4 totally negates the score. Zero Iron on #5 was sick. Pretty good putts too boys! #6 Shenanigans was legendary. Mike had some NASTY lags on #7 and 8. Hammin n Eggin on #9. Altogether great work gentlemen! 👏👏👏

I play Dunwoodie the most of all the Westchester courses. Since I play it so often, it was a bit of a shock to see how the narrowness of the fairways and small size of the greens show up on camera. Makes me feel better about my FIR & GIR %'s!! 🤣

Watching this brings back memories. This was the course I play my very first round and it has been 10 years since I last played there. Every hole seems every bit narrow as I remember it 😂. Would love to see a video of you guys playing in Marine Park (Brooklyn, NY) next.

Have played this track no fewer than 100 times - you guys did a great job getting around. The narrow and hilly front is much harder than the back. Grew up about a half mile from here - used to sleigh ride on the hills as a kid.

We go all year long, except on rain days and hurricanes. Even our cold days, would be considered warm for you. But that's South Florida for you. But the view is not as beautiful as the leaves turning color where you're at.

Something I noticed watching this video is that I think you guys need to start playing the back distances instead of flag. Missing short almost every approach. Fun video, cold golf is better than no golf!
