The spit incident was very gross. Some churches have gone too far and are doing too much to reach people. It does NOT take all that. It only takes solid teaching and sincerity. People have a right to choose where they worship. If you really freely gave, you wouldn’t force them to stay. Did you give with no strings attached or will you only pray for people who are worshipping your every move? This young man is an example of someone who wasn't trained and mentored properly before stepping out into ministry. In this day of instant celebrity, church leaders are seeking that instead of God and His purpose. Anointed and effective leaders are made by education, mentoring, suffering, prayer, experience and waiting for God's timing. This overnight stuff is a set up for failure. He needs to take a sabbatical and pray and fast to get a revelation from God about himself and his place in the Kingdom.

@@LaoshiDJ Paul was mentored by the original Apostles. I just viewed a video of Mike Todd and Tim Ross who is his mentor. After watching it, now I understand why Mike Todd behaves the way he does. Tim Ross is his peer. They were explaining and recounting how their relationship came about and developed. During the conversation which was in "church" they both used profanity. They called it being transparent. Having seen this, I believe that my first assessment of why Mike Todd is going left in his ministry and there is no correction.

Has anyone with negative comments agreed with Gino being to this church lately. No. This is an old video. The church was packed. I have only been there 3 times, and each time, there was a large crowd. Gino's biggest draw is to talk about another Preacher. A Pastor's job is to Preach and Teach the word of God and not being another Minister down. If he feel that another Minister he has a problem with another Preacher or Treacher, he is suppose to take it to him, and not shout it to the world. That in the Bible.

None of these comments matter because at the end of the day he only has to answer to Jesus & he has the right to speak about his accomplishments and the betrayal he has felt! He’s human, not God. I love his teachings & enthusiasm, who wants to be sad and scared of living every time you hear a sermon..he motivates and I actually learn from his demonstrations. Mike Todd has brought a lot of people to God, and you need to respect him for that. And yes, he has the right to speak about his feelings. However, him mocking his former staff for saying that "god called me somewhere else" and saying that didn't happen and they should have to tell him the real reason. That is something nobody, let alone a pastor should say. It is not only unprofessional, but it I believe it disrespects God's power so it's blasphemy. If they are feeling conviction being there, they have the right to leave. And after the statement he gave about it, you can definitely see they would feel convicted. God's plan is greater than anything we could ever come up with. And if God is telling you that you need to go somewhere else to follow his plan, there is no other reason necessary for them to give Mike Todd. People watch this and will think that he doesn't actually believe in the power of God. And it's hard to tell them otherwise. He should have taken this to God, this may be God's way of telling him that he needs to improve as a pastor. I'm not going to speak for God, but if multiple people are leaving and telling Mike that God is telling them to go somewhere else. Maybe it isn't they are all lying, but maybe you aren't the person God wants these people to be around. I'm by no means holier than Mike Todd, i am probably 10x worse. I'm just saying he should take this as a lesson from God and improve. Instead of denying God's power to call people elsewhere.

I’m a member and this actually is his second time addressing this in length. I’ve grown up in church, I feel I have a foundation in The Word. One thing that has been consistent in my 2 years of attending is this young pastor’s transparency and desire to NOT be worshipped. He can be extra at times but his focus is on believers living like believers. It’s crazy that we so called believers are capitalizing on beating others down. If you have a problem with his ministry reach out to him and pray for him. Too many of us come across as self righteous in the name of “ truth” telling. IJS ❤

I'm an online member and I love him. People should Extend the GRACE they would want extended when they make mistakes. He's a visionary. He aims for the un-churched. Those that think church is for boring old people. There are many roads to Jesus but only one road to God and that is through Jesus. If his style is not for you then move on. I feel for Mike Todd. Everyone makes mistakes and does things they are ashamed of. I'm glad that he apologized and has learned from it. I've really been blessed by how God speaks through him. It went too far and he missed God. All I know is that I have missed God so many times and I am so thankful for His grace.

Instead of ridiculing this Pastor he should have a congregation of ppl praying and intercession for him. There will be no pastors left in the near future if we don’t pray for them. Many pastors fall short but it’s not our place to judge them but pray for them.

Wrong!!! It is our place to righteously judge them while praying for them. Jesus never said that we're are not to judge others. That is one command that people constantly gets wrong. James 3:1 (ESV) Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, for you know that we who teach will be judged with greater strictness. Micheal Todd is a false teacher who do not know the Word of God and is leading many to Hell. He has no business pastoring any church.

Omg. These comments. As Christians, we should extend grace. And pray for this pastor. People love to think that pastors are not to sin. People love to judge (unrighteously) and call it righteous judgement. The amount of stuff that people in this comment section has done, especially in the dark is probably worst than what is going on in this clip. You don’t want anyone judging you on that. The point is… this clip shows a human being hurt. Period. His feelings are hurt. He became vulnerability and decided to share his experience of being hurt with others. To some it may seem like it’s the wrong place to do that and maybe he should have gone to his therapist or something. However, God can use whomever, whatever, however he wants. God says he will use the foolish things to confound the wise. So just pray for his man’s heart. Pray for his ministry. And pray for his restoration. And be done. Titus 3:2 …to speak evil of no one, to avoid quarreling, to be gentle, and to show perfect courtesy toward all people.

@@D.Nelson-to1hv the scripture talks about rebuking someone who you have a relationship with (meaning a friendship or otherwise). Most of these people do not have a relationship with this pastor. So it’s not effective.

I truly believe Mr. Todd was called to preach and I also think that the spit illustration wasn't that big of a deal. It was gross but that's what happened in the Bible. However, once he started to gain popularity in 2018-2019 he changed a lot. I can see now that he is no longer spreading the word of God he is running a business.

I almost puked watching this. This man is rude and narcissistic. Imagine he’s telling the congregation “I can think of other things you can do with spit too” is disgusting. What a false preacher. Can’t believe his followers can’t see it. Last days many will be deceived even the elect. Your relationship with God is what is going to guide you. Time to be on fire for Him.
