Mike's thinks at this stage king is ripping him off with millions. It's very funny when or if you read it. Mike out of nowhere start's kicking the head off king behind the wheel of the car. The way Mike tells it in the book when he was kicking him in the head there was dust or dandruff floating around the car. Iv done it no justice just try and read it the Guy is a one off. I met him while he was drunked. He wasn't agressive or anything, but i still felt as if i was in a cage with a tiger. There were bodyguards and all, but that didn't make the situation any less threatening. I could see the fire in his eyes even when he was completely elsewhere.
