Take it to an auto parts store and ask them to run a free check engine light diagnosis.

The 2007/ 2008 Trany is 4 forward 2009 to 2014 trany is 5 forward.

Out of the 3 cars Tahoe. Escalade , Yukon which one you think is more reliable?

Depends on engine choice. I'd say the Tahoe or Yukon with the 5.3 is the way to go for reliability.
