So I jumped when she asked me if I wanted to be involved and we got to hang backstage with these legendary chefs, their kitchen crews and capture the magic.

I thought the plating would be more better than just stacking plates and a bunch of hands just putting greens on a plate, kinda sloppy, medium rare on pork, not looking for food borne illnesse
