These tiny tiny haters are under here making silly comments about a young potential manager. He didn't beg for this award but earned it base on his performances. He didn't win the PL due to the best manager in the world managing the best team in the world at the moment. He would have been a back to back PL winner had it not been for the best manager elite experienced. But we go again next season and this guy will overcome that hurdle eventually, we believe in him. So haters keep hitting him for doing the unthinkable, some of your experienced managers in the PL been there for ages and haven't won a single trophy, this guy had won an Fa Cup and two community shields. He has challenged for the league twice going very close with zero experience in management. He came from city as a mere apprentice to Pep never manage a club of his own what a guy; he deserved some respect mehnnn even if he doesn't manage your club. Alot of you wishing he leaves arsenal to manage your club for which you throwing these envious talks, but he got a mission to accomplish and he won't leave till he does it. Take note haters!

@chinedumichael6925 You got an average mind and not Arteta been an average coach as you perceived. You need to make your research before opening your mouth. Alonso was madrid youth coach, and was real sociaded B team coach proven he had little experience of managing a club of his own before taking over leverkusen. Arteta on the other hand didn't manage a club at all and took over a huge club and immediately won a major trophy the FA cup. A trophy is a trophy so I don't know your point, is it only winning the PL makes a coach not to be an average coach, then you need to think well. Know another thing, Alonso didn't win a trophy at leverkusen in his first season; besides the German league is not the PL get these facts into your skull. Alonso could be a good manager in England but wouldn't do what he did in Germany with less than 3years. Impossible!

Man U fan here. Arteta's Aesenal is THE blueprint for other clubs that are going through their rebuilding phase. Success will not come overnight and will certainly never come if the Manager isnt given the necessary support and time to see their projects through. Rivalry aside, I have tremendous respect for what Arteta's done for Arsenal, and my club needs to follow this blueprint more so than any other club right now.
