yup he is a partner of the company that sells the over training solution and of course he says its the best. Also the stuff that is actually in the stuff are just Immunoglobulins which have nothing to do with your muscle recovery, though they are very good for your digestive tract. Do your own research people, there is no magic pill drink or powder and if there was the major pharm companies would have their hands on it first.

I'd give it a try myself were it not for a very physically demanding job as well. I'll try near anything if someone can make a logical argument for it, and if I person I believe to be trustworthy claims benefit from it. Some people though, you just can't trust a damned thing that comes out of their mouth because potential views dictate their morals, rather than their morals dictating potential views.

Went to one solid meal a day (dinner or alternate with lunch) 7 weeks ago shortly after hearing him talk about it on Hotboxin' and lost 29 lbs.! My body, joints, organs, skin, is thanking me. Inflammation, allergies, and sugar cravings went from daily to zero. I do seansonal fruit smoothie with a scoop of superfoods and isolate protein for breakfast and collagen bone broth for lunch. I'm not as big muscular but I'm shredded and fit clothes from years ago and feel amazing! Giving up the weights and going full calisthenics and boxing now too. Live the functional fit performance and physique. Highly recommend trying this it is a game changer!!!

Good stuff! I've been eating once a day for about 15 years now. It is the best change I've made in my life. I had ulcerative colitis and basically cured myself from steadily changing the way I eat. I began eating once a day but I wasn't eating super clean meals and steadily evolved into eating super clean once a day. I also bake my vegetables, very good way to make them. A good tip on the asparagus is bend it until it breaks and keep the flower part to eat. Good luck with this technique it makes me very happy that more and more people are catching on to it!

People have been slowly learning more about intermittent fasting as time goes on. It’s not peoples faults that they have been fed false information since the day they were born. You have to eat 6 small meals or 3 square meals a day. I’m glad more and more people are taking upon themselves to do research

I eat once a day at 15:30. Same time every day, clean eating, huge quantity until I feel full. Eating once a day and my body is the best it ever was. Visible abs, tight waist, sharper look. Downside is from around 10:00 to 15:30 you feel the hunger and depletion, you dont feel weak but you dont feel strong either. Second downside you appear small in cloths and people are quick to assume you dont even lift/undertrain/slack/not take it seriously until you remove your shirt and see them go silent. And with a huge pump they will ask you what you take. Never judge a body until you see it. Will I continue this for a long time? Maybe, but I cant see myself eating more than twice a day, once you debunk those outdated meal frequency myths you never look back.

I have the book. This concept has been around forever, but lots of folks are just now catching on. The book even goes on to say at some point to eat one meal every other day, or every 3rd day. I currently do one meal a day (OMAD) since the beginning of the year. The start was tough, but I feel it is one of the best things I've done for my body.

Christie Wilcox explained in a 2012 Scientific American article (“Are lower pesticide residues a good reason to buy organic? Probably not.”): “Organic pesticides pose the same health risks as non-organic ones.” In a classic study, UC Berkeley biochemist Bruce Ames and his colleagues found that “99.99 percent (by weight) of the pesticides in the American diet are chemicals that plants produce to defend themselves.” Moreover, “natural and synthetic chemicals are equally likely to be positive in animal cancer tests.” Thus, consumers who buy organic to avoid pesticide exposure are focusing their attention on just one-hundredth of 1% of the pesticides they consume.

I’m so happy I came across your channel!! Words can’t describe! I’m 26 and have been going back and forth in my mind about plant-based diets. I’ve been having this yearning to just focus more on plant-based foods but was worried that I’d fail in building muscle. But your video inspired me to continue with what I chose to do. In about two weeks, my weight has gone from 215 to 205 just by focusing more on a plant-based diet. I haven’t felt deprived at all... and I also eat fish and lean meats but in moderation. I put more emphasis on plant-based foods first. Thank you for the information bro! I followed you, looking forward to more content like this.

I just find it very hard to believe you muscles can grow on 1 meal a day, without steroids..even with steroids, i find it difficult..if I go more than 4 or 5 hours without eating, i feel flat and no energy...your body is built to digest food...this is a very extreme approach...

I guess if you're trying to lose weight it'll work...but it's not reasonable if you're trying to stay the same weight or add muscle...simple if you take in less calories than you burn off, you will lose weight...and if your normal calorie maintainence does is 3000 calories per day; it's impossible to get all 3000 calories in one meal...not without bursting and your body wouldn't be able to process all those calories in one sitting.
@jlv3x

@bigconan
@bigconan 6 жыл бұрын
there are certain biochemical rules that apply to everyone...if you burn off more calories than you take in, you're going to lose weight and vice versa...this is a universal fact...now, hershal being over 200lbs, there is no way you can maintain that kind of muscle weight with just 1 meal...simply no way...now, if you're using that as a means to lose weight, then it will work great...or using it for short periods of time to clean out your system, then it will work good...but, you cannot maintain or gain muscle using a 1 meal per day schedule.

Good job! One meal a day is good to lose weight in a hurry. That being said, a lot of people can't stick with it. For those who can, more power to them. 3 weeks ago I weighed 235 lbs, I'm 6'2". I began an intermittent fast 16/8 with about a 500 calorie deficit and I'm cutting carbs. In 3 weeks I lost 7 lbs and now I'm 228. My goal is to drop 20 or 25 lbs more by the summer. I also take BCAA's during workouts and take MCT Oil. I stopped working out for a while last year due to the death of my mom, but I'm more upbeat now. I do the Total gym 3 times a week and free weights 3 times a week. And I just bought a dip bar.
