4.0 is great but I do have my gripes, mainly with the military. The cops have combat tweaks so that you can disable their sixth sense that hones in on you when out of sight, but for whatever reason it doesn't apply to the military response. It's a very annoying thing that kinda cheapens higher wanted levels. I hope the team fixes that or at least offers something to disable the army all together.

4.0 seems way better but still... allows the free passage of trains through the area of a state of emergency? never made sense in the original game, still doesn't

@@gta_ceara well theres a option in extra stuff inside the rde 4.0 folder and one is for simple trainer all you gotta do is replace the trainer.asi with that one

In my opinion this has better enemies and vehicles but the previous version had a better system of use of force, vehicle identification, warrants, ect. This one is bland like in the base game. In my opinion, of course.

Sheriff's were better in the older version also, Ventura County Sheriff made a lot more sense than San Bernardino.
