when i first have my urine test(random drug test which i confidently took since i dont do drugs. got a bit nervous since i drink coffee like 6 times a day and caffine is kind of a drug lol sooo) I kind of overfilled the cup. it was embarrassing to say the least.

LOL. I hate it when I can't pee when I need to pee. Instead of me going home early from the medical check up I'd have to wait for like 2 freaking hours for me to pee lol. And sometimes when they give me a small bottle to pee in I would spill my pee and freaking get annoyed since I'd have to wait again haha. And also the stool thing is so gross lol. From all the medical check ups that I did (for getting hired as a customer service representative) good thing I only had to experience it once hahaha.

Yes, we always do health test before working. It's given here in the Philippines to have these tests.

i always had the same problem during the physical check up, last month i already drank 3 litters of water but still cant pee it took me whole day to finally fill the little cup .But when Im on my way home More than 3x i stop on the mall and the fast food restaurant just to pee. I always experience that yearly every because its our company requirements.

The employee pays for this usually it comes with the CV or biodata. It is even a requirement for university annually

THAT would be harder unless he brought sample already...Anyway, regarding the health tests, it's not really to discriminate, but as you said, it depends on the job. The company needs to know what to expect. Just imagine, if you already know you've got a communicable disease and are not telling--you will be putting other people at risk. Sometimes, it's also to know if you'll have certain limitations, like if you're pregnant, you should not be stressed.

Man,just remember my last medical exam for seafarer.the doctor inserted and twist a finger in my bum to check if i have a hemoroid problem.and the thing is,since i'm a male patient,a male doctor was assigned to me.he has a big finger(just imagine the sensation).and yes.it's a must for us seafarer eventhough it hurts.and i/we do it every time we do another contract.

The health exams is mostly also for the insurance company. Most big corporations in the Philippines requires a physical exam and then yearly exams after that. But if you need prescription meds it's not covered unless you got confined because of a certain illness or procedure. However, management and top executives do have better coverage.
