You should go to the Cafe De Paris near the train station. There's only one item on the menu, Entrcote steak with Cafe de Paris sauce and fries, but it's to die for. I once made an overnight stopover on my way back from Germany to New York, just so I could eat there.

Hey Mike! You should definitely try the Egg tarts from Pastéis de Belém next to the Jerónimos Monastery in Lisbon. This is the bakery where these egg tarts originally come from (the original ones). There is a huge cue in front of the Bakery every single morning and afternoon.

hiya from the UK! I absolutely love the differences between how we all pronounce different words. like to me.. I pronounce risotto like "Ri-zot-oh" and Mike says it like "ree-zow-towh" and pistachio. I say (im not swearing 😂) "piss-tash-ee-oh" Mike says "pist-stach-eeoo" and "Tomaaydoh" from Mike. "Tomartow" from me. isn't it strange but lovely! ❤🤗
@gregmuon

FWIW. The correct pronunciation of risotto is ree SAWt toh. The American and UK pronunciations are incorrect. Due to celebrity chefs I suppose. I'm American but of Italian descent. My grandfather was a chef and born in Italy. I grew up in a bilingual household, and have been eating risotto since I was able to feed myself. I can assure you that this is correct. But who cares, just eat the food.
