在马来西亚这边拿着几百万已经可以吃过世了，而且我们这边汽油2蚊1lit,1，2千尺的楼几十万马币，物价便宜，食物和语言跟香港几乎没分别，教育和医疗更是亚洲前几名的水平，对香港的朋友来讲几乎人间天堂。希望你们在马来西亚生活愉快！

其實呢個世界好公平，濱城每一樣嘢都係香港嘅十分幾，但同樣收入都係香港嘅十分幾，呢個世界冇一笪地方係，收入高支出低，如果有全世界嘅人都去曬嗰笪地方。 你出生喺非洲收入低嘅地方，就享受低收入嘅好處及壞處，同樣你出生喺高收入嘅地方，也享受高收入嘅好處與壞處，唔好淨係比較香港高支出，呢一樣係唔公平嘅比較。

@@fannychau9449 香港人拿着前半生在香港积累的财富来到马来西亚就能享受到中高档的生活，几百万港币在香港可能不算什么， 但足够你在马来西亚住2000尺以上的房子，出入开私家车，孩子上好的学校，每个月去渡假，这些就是移居的好处，而且马来西亚并不像港人想象中的那么落后，我们在整个东南亚排在第二只输给新加坡，我们不是穷，只是低调。

我公寓一个人住2房,2toilet..970尺是这里最小的单位了😂马来西亚再小的公寓是有的,是studio多数买了拿来做airbnb的。因该很少拿来自己住。😂医疗10倍？😮😮😮差这样多！！！omg

1萬馬幣一個月洗費算唔錯，我住 KV 一家4口洗費都超過1萬馬幣.... 不過 Vincent 客廳個冷氣怪怪地，咁樣裝法可能會比較耗電...同埋建議 Vincent 屋企裝窗網，可以去淘寶訂做，唔係就好多蚊螆飛入屋。BTW 有咩 passive income做到? 我香港有成4球股票都做唔到咁多passive income 🙂

其實呢個世界好公平，濱城每一樣嘢都係香港嘅十分幾，但同樣收入都係香港嘅十分幾，呢個世界冇一笪地方係，收入高支出低，如果有全世界嘅人都去曬嗰笪地方。 你出生喺非洲收入低嘅地方，就享受低收入嘅好處及壞處，同樣你出生喺高收入嘅地方，也享受高收入嘅好處與壞處，唔好淨係比較香港高支出，呢一樣係唔公平嘅比較。

@@chongpengsan7153 I just came back from HK for business trip. From my own experience, without sea view, just a 400+sq ft apartment - 2 rooms 1 bathroom, monthly rental is RM10k+ or HKD20k+. No kidding, rental is damn expensive in HK. Simple 3 meals including public transportation also need at least HKD200/day @ RM120+/day. A fresh grad accounting student can get a job with monthly income around HKD15-20k so there is no way for a fresh grad to rent a 400+sq ft apartment to pay HKD20k rental/month. For Malaysians, we can rent a luxury condo 1600 sq ft in MY for just RM2-4k/month depends on location but a fresh grad accounting student can get a job in MY with monthly income around RM3-4k/month
