He could, one hit from Muzan will kill Yorrichi insta. Also when they first met Muzan wasn’t even trying because he underestimated Yorrichi. I doubt it would be that easy for Yorrichi to kill Muzan if Muzan went all in.

Yorichii easily beats Prime Muzan with no Diff, Yorichii is just way too fast for Muzan and yes its true one hit from Muzan would be deadly but that doesn't matter when Yorichii is 100x faster than him and can Blitz him with ease before Muzan can even Blink. Also you said Muzan wasn't even Trying but even if he wasn't he still would should have been able to react and see Yorichii's attack but he couldn't because Yorichii was just that much faster and stronger than Muzan is.
