Oh geez I’m so late to this comment but ya some studios like mine :) make the head come off. Others have the like part you move to crack the nut break off

In my version the legs get torn apart from the rest, but I just realized the head coming off is foreshadowing when the nutcracker head comes off the man.

@Elle Catallano actually, Sophia lucia's preparation wasn't incorrect. In ballet, yes absolutely wrong but she was doing JAZZ TURNS.

My dream since i was 2 years old was to become a professional ballet dancer and still is now. But my parents say that it's not a real job and I wont make money out of it and never signed me up for ballet classes.

She is, she recently moved though (I think) someone said on her Instagram post "I'm so sad your leaving the Royal Ballet of Birmingham!" And she posted in another post from a year ago that she is an artist at that company. :) Hope this helps.

GigiVlogs she's had bigger roles than you, like Kitri or Giselle. If you really think you are better than her, I can guarantee that you dont know the ballet world well. There are probably 10 year olds better than you.

In the West they call her Clara. In literary works it's Marie. In the very first ballet production, it was Clara, after the 1st world war, she was renamed Masha for patriotic reasons - according to this article: vtbrussia.ru/culture/gamt/chudo-novogodney-skazki/ Right now, it's Masha in Russia and Clara in other countries.

Miko is a strong, amazing dancer. Really love her technique. But choreography is not good ,it is unmusical and doesn't fit this piece of music. Looks like Mico is trying to show everything she can do at ones.
