Hi, just a few questions. I saw a milan pass card which also available for 1,2 and 3 days pass. But it costs €21 as oppose to this 3 day tickets you mentioned. If i buy this 3 day ticket, will it comes in 3 different tickets or just 1? And if i understand correctly, i can use it for ALL public transportation in Milan right? Including trams? Sorry for the many questions 😅😅 i am planning my milan trip and i want to be as clear as i can 😀

You're right we could make payments by tapping cards or NFCs payment on the Metropolitana subway. The thing is it's nota available yet on busses and trams. And kind of missing it's value when we are charge for 90 minutes ticket but doesn't have any proof if we made payment in case there's a random check from the ATM. That is why I decided just to focus more on print tickets. But it's an option for anyone to use the card or NFC payment

01:10 I need to clarify on the 10 trips ticket (€18) - means that you can use it for 10 trips and each trips valid for 90 minutes. Practically you can use it until all 10 trips are done, can be couple of days or weeks. Each trip will print one line of validation stamp. Please make sure you place the card well because the magnetic tape can be fragile sometimes, don't get it damp or wet and don't place it near other magnetic card.

Thank you very much for the video! I'm visiting Milan for 2 days in december and wanted to go to the mall "Il centro". Google indicated that I need to take a Regional S3 from Milano Cordona to Garbagnate Milanese and then take a bus to reach the mall. Can the ATM ticket be used for Regional S line trains and later on the bus on Arese (another area of Milan (Mi4))? There has to be an ATM ticket that involves Mi4 (Mi1-Mi4), am I right? Or do I need to buy it in Trenord?

Hey! Nice video! But I'm still wondering.. On the ticket it says Zone: M1-M3.. Does it mean if we take the subway on the purple line (M5) will need to buy extra ticket? I know you start the trip from M5 line.. But I still don't get how the ticket could work from the M5 line?
@StrollingAround
@StrollingAround Жыл бұрын
First, thank you so much for watching. For Mi1-Mi3 it's different from M numbering on the Metro lines, those Mi are more on zoning system and I should say it covered almost the entire length of all Metro lines from M1 all the way to M5. M2 is the only metro line that has sub urban stations outside di Mi3 area that you'll have to buy extra ticket. So the normal ticket (€2,20) works even on M5 and M4 as well. Hope this helps.

Hey. I am staying in Bergamo and will visit Milan for one day. I bought Milanocard for 12.5€ (one day pass)but in order to start using it I have to go to the only available pick-up point in Milano Porta Genova. This is crazy! Train from Bergamo doesnt even get there. So I have to buy single ride ticket in order to collect my one day ticket? :D please help.

Hi, I tried to look around for alternatives but sadly the reality you'd have to buy a single ticket first to get to Porta Genova as there aren't train directly from Bergamo to Porta Genova. If you take train to Milano Centrale you could use the Tram no.9 directly to Porta Genova a long ride from start to finish good to enjoy the view of city. Stay at the more front side of the cart as it is more pleasant. Hope this helps. Have a nice trip and keep your eyes on your belongings at all time.
