Milanesa: 1/4” thick chicken or steak (tenderized preferred), dipped in egg and pressed in bread crumbs. Cook in medium-high oil until golden-brown. Drain them of standing oil between paper towels. Serve with mashed Yukon gold potatoes. Can add lemon/lime juice, or ketchup (ewwww), to each bite.
