But weight is KN/m for distributed load and you calculate the mass weight (kg/m) not the specific weight , you used ρ (rho) but should be γ ( gima ) right ?

you can do like this too. 1) For M.S. round pipe weight :- OD(mm) - Wall Thickness(mm) × Wall Thichness(mm) × 0.02466kg= kg per mtr. ( you may try this if you like) 2) For square hollow section (tube) weight:- Edge size (mm) × 4 × wall thickness (mm)× 0.00785kg = kg per mtr. 3) For rect. hollow section (tube) weight:- one edge size(mm)×2,+ another edge size(mm)×2 × Wall Thickness(mm) × 0.00785kg= kg per mtr.
