This game was practically bleeding creativity. It's not nostalgia goggles to say that they put more love into this game than they've put in anything in a long time. The bygones days of Capcom really _were_ better, when they were just throwing stuff at the wall to see what stuck. Cameo appearances and easter-eggs and little nods here and there, games like this were a Capcom fanboys opus.

It's always a little funny to see fighting game vets play Pocket Fighter and assume it's gonna be easy cause of how long they've played fighting games...but have so much trouble adjusting to the gems, the item throws and just how stupid fast it goes on speed 3. I've always had a soft spot for Pocket Fighters cause I love how the characters turn into other characters from Capcom games..in the case of June it's one of the few times we see her...I highly doubt Capcom is gonna bring the Plasma series back..even though they keep building the story with Project X Zone...seriously Project X Zone 2 was the last place we saw June and Hayato/Black Hayato.. they haven't had a game since Star Gladiator 2/Plasma Blade on Dreamcast..3 fighting series I'd love for Capcom to get to work on is a new Plasma Blade, a new Darkstalkers, and a new Rival Schools.

Ken, in my opinion, is pound-for-pound the greatest Street Fighter. He has the strength, the spunk, and the sportsmanship of a perfect fighter. Happy Thanksgiving!

This game is overflowing with charm and creativity, i remember back in the day I wanted to play this game SO badly, even to tis day this game is still silly and crazy and I love it about this game. Honestly I wish more fighting games took weird and crazy risks like these. Where the gameplay is just silly, weird, over the top fun.

This was actually one of my favorite fighting games, it is so fun and goofy and i love it since the first time.

I really enjoyed watching this.

That game's sequel was my first exposure to Darkstalkers. Good times. I also like how the gem system effectively makes special moves more dangerous the longer the fight lasts. It's like the fighters are holding back initially or something. Plus this shopping district stage with Bison and little Cammy has got to be one of the most adorable Capcom stages ever.
