The thing about Grimnir is that he's a dork that likes to look cool, his powers are wind based, so Max probably didn't get what he was doing during his SSBA, the rose was just to add to the cool factor.

Max you missed one, the death chick who’s a puppets character super changes the lower her stacks are so at 1 stack of puppets action it’s crazier

Vira's 2nd ult is one of the coolest things I've ever seen Arc do , the wind up to the axe swing at the end is so good it's unfortunate we're not going to see Max's reaction to Nier's full ultimate but that stuff happens sometimes Narmaya's is great too, I'm just so happy granblue got its second chance chance

For Nier though, unfortunately he didn't know that the animation changes based on the remaining number of Love's Redemption. Animation for her are different when you have 9+ remaining, 4-8 remaining and then the full animation at 3 or lower. Tried to send a dono after he finished hers but he read it when he was ending the stream unfortunately lol

YES! Years ago my inspiration to get a PC and even to get more into fighting games was seeing the supers in the first Granblue fighting game and Max's videos on it from back in the day!

Fun fact, because I'm a Classical Japanese literature nerd, it's very appropriate that Narmaya says "Ame no Uzume no mai" and her blouse comes undone because in the Kojiki, the goddess called "Ame no Uzume" does a silly dance where her breasts fall out of her kimono and make all the other gods hoot, holler and laugh in an attempt to get the sun goddess to come out of a cave. Maybe I'll get around to retelling those myths on my channel, but for now I'll leave Kojiki explanations to KZfaq comments.

Minor thing you missed! Nier's super actually changes based on the number of stacks of her ability she has. If you do it when she's around 3 or less she is visibly going insane during the super, which is just a nice touch of flavor added to the animation

Nier's super has a bit more to it if you do it when she's almost out of hearts (she consumes hearts to summon her puppet), though it would have only moved the needle on the valuation a little I think.

The Nier super has a little extra if you do it on Gran btw. Edit: actually the extra little bit might be if you do the parry version instead of the combo version, on anyone. >_>

Vira's first one, when not against Katarina, is a 10/10 to me. The stupid crazy laugh adds so much to the super to me.

5:31 - I feel like Perci should be given 1 or 2 more points because you can hold down the input and juggle people with the initial vortex. It does make a difference in how cool it is IMO...The dramatic finish where everything is engulfed in the flames is badass too.

For Nier, you need to not only be lower stacks, but also do it against the MC's either Gran or Djeeta. Her whole stick is he a yandere for them, so the voice acting and animations change slightly for them.
