Update, so I finally got one. The vacuum function works just fine. But the Mop function. It would skip, and only mop certain spots and than it started releasing alot of water and just moving on and I have a floor drenched with water but not clean. Any tips? I don’t think this was suppose to happen.

Hi Tian... Don't forget to long press the "down" button on the remote.. This will get your vacuum light to start flashing... Then go into your app after selecting the robot wifi vacuum option and make sure you select the same wifi you want your vacuum to be on... After you enter your wifi password Into the app it should in theory work 😊👍🏼.. All the best

Hi There 100% when it comes to this level of robotics nothing is perfect indeed. Battery wise I've never had an issue, I've vacuumed my lower level and upper level completely in about 45-50min (70+-squares), thereafter I've attached the mopping feature to it and allowed it to do the upper level and bottom level once again (mopping takes less power as it doesn't suck during mopping), and it was able to do both levels in a single run. I have x2 bar stools which has slopped legs and when they are too close to each other I've noticed it formed a ramp where it got stuck once, this was easy to fix, just separate them a bit further apart 😅. It WILL get stuck on any shoe lace, or cable it is able to suck up, but! it will tell you "there is something stuck in my bristles" , once you pick it up to free it from the lace or whatever got it stuck, it might lose the mapping it created.

Hi there, Yes you can schedule it, for mine I scheduled it for 5h30 each morning so I never actually see it in action 😅... As long as it is connected to the WiFi you can tell it to go off anywhere in the world... so for example you at a party and someone says "hey lets go to your place" you can tell this little guy to vacuum before you guys get home 😁 Unfortunately not, once it goes on, it remaps your home each time as if its never seen the place before... if I'm not mistaken the home mapping feature where you name the sections of your home requires the slightly more pricy one with a lazer mapping tool on the top. I hope this helps

Hi Polla Hopefully you still have the remote that came with the Vacuum, if so, you might need to long press the "down" button to get the Vacuum into WiFi mode, this will be indicated by the power button flashing. once in this mode, connect to the WiFi on your phone which you would like your robot vacuum to be on, in the app itself try and find the WiFi robot vacuum logo (looks like a circle under "small home appliances"). here you will need to enter the password of your wifi, and it will try and find your robot vacuum on that specific network(wifi). this may take a moment but it should discover it and bam! you should now be able to control it remotely from anywhere in the world as long as the WiFi your vacuum is connected to is up. 😊 If the one wheel is stuck you may need to find find out if there isnt anything jammed inside of it... also try and clean the 3 anti-drop sensors if they aren't cleaned already (do not use cleaning products on these sensors)... also check if the bumper in front isnt jammed in any way. Sometimes loads of hair can cause jamming, i have to clean mine now and then when the hair starts tangling in the bristles... I hope this helps

I Nishal... On the remote you will see the down button is actually a wifi button... Once you click that the vacuum goes into pairing it's wifi mode... Thereafter you can go onto your app and select the wifi robot Vacuum option... Choose the wifi ssid your vacuum will connect to and type in the password... It can take up to 2.5min for it to detect the vacuum on the wifi but yes it should be that simple... Well thats if pairing is successful

Apologies for getting back to you this late... But the app you can use is either "smart life" or "Tuya smart"... Same basic platform but different GUI... If you like blue then use the "smart life" if you like red then "Tuya smart". Otherwise both can be downloaded from the playstore and will require a user login to save your devices settings etc... Hope this helps

Hi Francois.... Mine is scheduled to go off every morning at around 5am when there is not alot of human traffic... I find myself opening it on a Saturday and hardly finding anything in it but dust.. The process itself is the simplest thing you'll ever do 😅 literally pressing down a clip and sliding out the dirt holder and emptying in the trash...

Hi there... 2.5 years in and im still quite happy about it... I've subsequently bought the alexa echo dot 4th Gen and integrated it ... now all I have to do is tell Alexa to clean the floor and the robot vacuum does its thing... In conclusion if it had to break today .. I would have a new one tomorrow 1😅

Hi Charlotte, I actually don't, but after having this for roughly 3.5months I've not had any issues with it as of yet, there was one time I mistakenly left my charger laying on the floor and it sucked it up, it actually told me "there is something in my brushes please remove before I can continue" I found that quite cool... other than that because it goes of at 05h30 I barely see it in action, but like every weekend maybe Sunday morning I clean its dirt tray out.... solid device to be honest... it has made me a tad bit dependent on it now 😅

You can either use "Tuya" or "Smart life"... The GUI is the same 😊

Hmmm this is a good question... 🤔... The remote has a button on it that allows you to pair it with the app on your phone... But pressing the button ontop by itself let's it go... But yeah the remote seems needed at this point... Might need it contact Melix directly here

Hi Candice, Well that depends, i noticed that this specific model can clean up to about 100 squares before going flat on normal suction, high suction will take slightly more battery than normal suction (obviously lol) but yeah if you want to use the mopping feature that takes waaaaay less battery as it doesnt suck but the brushes still spin. I hope this helps... but note that the vacuum will auto return home once it "feel" its out of juice
