I'm watching this in the wake of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds ("I'm Ready", Subspace Rhapsody), Star Trek: Discovery, Taylor Swift ("Ready for It"), and "Quiet on Set". I reckon the A.I. picked up "I'm Ready" in the lyrics, or perhaps a some of the viewers in adjacent overlapping demographics picked up on the lyrics. I looked up the lyrics "forgive and then I forget" to get Miley Cyrus' 2015 "I forgive you", and I don't think it has anything to do with forgiving Disney, and so the connection seems extremely tenuous. Unless the implication is that "I forgive you" is about Disney scouting and hiring Selena Gomez? That doesn't make sense either, because Hilary Duff had already been there before Miley. It make even less sense, given the pipeline was designed to recreate the success of Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, and Christina Aguilera. The title "Start All Over" fed by the algorithm, implied that it would correlate with the writing process. Fan fiction is fraught with fantasy, magical happy endings and a subsequent lack of point and meaning. This manifested itself in the creation of a then original character called "Mary Sue", in a Star Trek work of fiction. Authentic writing involves being yourself, and being yourself involves getting burned and starting over. Children have to relearn what their parents learned as a foundation, and at times the expression of their experiences may be dismissed as a "lark" or "malarky", or childish. "You make me want to forget" only returns results for this song "Start All Over", and provides no insight. The video simply seems to be a silly childish slice of the Disney pipeline life. Which may suffer from a form of retroactive continuity of questionable "in-jokes".

I personally like this Miley better than the way she is now. It's kinda hard to see her that way when all I can think about her is playing acoustic guitar and singing stuff like "The Climb", but this was never really the real her, so I can respect the fact of her finding herself and staying true.

I'm pretty sure that this is at least three takes but this is well hidden. The cuts are during the sharp turn inside the bus and later when the camera looks up at the branches. Without at least one of them, it would be impossible to shoot this as the scene appears where the bus has been a minute earlier.
