It isn't, you can just about make out the white plooms on the bear skins, the insignia of the Grenadier Guards . And as further proof, the original recording of this video was originally posted by the Royal Family on the website formerly known as Twitter on 10th July, the same day as the England-Netherlands match. A bit of googling shows that on that day, the musical support were the aforementioned Band of the Grenadier Guards. I would include links, but KZfaq doesn't like links in comments for anti-scam and other user protection reasons.

I remember seeing Prince William greeting people, then he saw ‘Gaza’ he was chuffed to bits & so excited 😁 one of the most well known people in the world meeting a much less well known childhood hero…he was gobsmacked 😁 it was great to see
