Very accurate position to put TFOC, with my experience it was very strict and most of it’s members didn’t really help the RA, we were told to just say “post” .

*As a Ex-TFOC Operator why MOST TFOC don't want to help RAs is because we're tired or just don't care at all. Like if you have been in TFOC you know what it's like the stress inside is just a lot more than some combative unit.*

I completely agree, I used to be an TFOC and from my experience they are very strict almost too strict that some members in TFOC leave.

As a TFOC member I totally agree with that position but it’s also very hard for TFOC when they are surrounded by RA and having to wait for a RA to ask their question. If you have a question then stand at a post (if you're not new to the game) and then ask. We are trying to improve every day.

As from what I've heard and experienced myself, the KGB is in a dark age due to the lack of members and other things I cannot speak about. Despite that everything else seemed pretty solid!

As a Ex Spetsnaz and Ex 5th Rifles, I've seen TFOC just say 'post' and expect the RA to know what they mean every time. TFOC really need a rework. You know it's bad when new players go to a 5th Rifles or Spetsnaz for guidance. Hopefully when I get back into Spetsnaz or the 5th I see some improvement with the TFOC.

I might have a little bias, but I'd say that MoD should be on the "Best Divisions" list, not because I'm the Minister or anything....

Most TFOC (SBT) are not helpful and only say "post" but i have seen some of them helping the RA new players and explaining them the rules and why they need to post but that stays rare

9:45 Most TFOC members are stupid on what they do, honestly. I can say this as a past and current TFOC member, the fact is: I managed to conquer the rocks, most of them at least, the point it, respect them and they will respect you, I never just told them to post, I respect them, I tell them how to act. In my opinion, that's something TFOC HiCOM should work on, there's a lot of stupid TFOC that don't even know how to react in a situation with a rock random shooting at divisionals. (Can't believe I actually made that same rock post...)
